Guess that's why the rich keep getting richer and the rest of us just get screwed.

Don't get me wrong, though, I am happy for what I've gotten because I know it's more than a lot of people get, and for that I am thankful.

I know everyone's raises/bonuses because I pay the bills.

See my Dh was saying it's all stupid because even if they get a small raise but their bosses are very open to telling them what they got as well and it's all pretty much the same as everyone else. Someone doesn't get 13% more of a raise compared to their employees like it happens here.

They should have known that you did the project, but I know how things can slip by. I'm sorry that happened. That's why I would NEVER want to know what my boss makes or anyone else in my office. I always got paid less and did more. It stinks.

Unlike our office, where bosses overcompensate themselves on bonuses and raises and we're lucky to get a 1% raise and a small bonus (which we never see until the end of the year)... Enjoy your bonus and do something special for yourself with some of it!!
