I have to go see an orthepedic specialist

I go on thurs at 8:30 am yuck and I have no baby sitter so Isabella will be going with me I am sure that will make the drs office very happy.

Is the pain right under your shoulder blade? I have constant pain like that, especially if I move my shoulder/arm too quickly. I get it so many times of year but they can't seem to figure out what the deal is.

I'm not sure what they could do for the pain though. Have you tried something like Biofreeze? That stuff really helps me out when my shoulder blade gets sore. Although I haven't checked to see if it's safe when pg. I've heard from one person who said it is and another who said it's not.

MomofJandB replied: So sorry you have this pain! Doesn't it figure it happens when your pg so the doctors are limited to what they can do! Hopefully they will give you a prescription for rest and maybe some exercises to strengthen the muscle! I sure hope it's nothing serious! Good luck!
