I have officially lost it...

MommyToAshley wrote: I woke up this morning with one contact in my eye. Since one contact was in my case this morning, I appearantly took one contact out and went to bed, leaving the other one in my eye. I have fallen asleep and forgotten to take them out before, but I have never taken one out, forgetting the other. blush.gif I wondered why I could read the alarm clock this morning... I was sure I had taken my contacts out last night rolling_smile.gif rolling_smile.gif

A&A'smommy replied: emlaugh.gif emlaugh.gif I do that most nights but on purpose because I don't have any glasses and I feel like I need to be able to see if I wake up in the middle of the night. tongue.gif

You crack me up!!! tongue.gif

Kirstenmumof3 replied: laugh.gif Dee Dee your too funny!

lovemy2 replied: I've done that but have to say never sober laugh.gif

luvmykids replied: One time I took them out, dozed off, and woke up thinking I hadn't taken them out laugh.gif I scratched my cornea really bad in one eye b/c I was convinced my contact was stuck to it and kept grabbing at it rolleyes.gif

mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied:
I've done this several times. And I've done what Monica said too. Darn contacts, if I could have lasik I would. But for me, it's to correct a lazy eye not poor vision. rolleyes.gif

LOL rolling_smile.gif

MommyToAshley replied:
If I had a few drinks last night, then I wouldn't have thought anything of it. But, since I WAS sober... I must be losing my mind!

MommyToAshley replied:
Ok, so now I don't feel so bad. rolling_smile.gif rolling_smile.gif

However, in the past, I have put my glasses on while wearing my contacts and then try to clean my glasses because everything was blurry. I think I may even have cleaned them a few times before I realized it was blurry because I had my contacts and it wasn't the glasses. laugh.gif

lisar replied:
LOL!!!

Maddie&EthansMom replied: Oh don't feel bad, I've done it all. laugh.gif rolling_smile.gif I will have lasik one day.

redchief replied: Dee Dee... I wish I could tell you it gets better. unsure.gif

I won't even tell you some of the things I've forgotten in my senior moments.

Nina J replied: rolling_smile.gif That's hilarious emlaugh.gif

I stopped wearing contacts about a year ago and have been wearing glasses, but I used to occasionaly forget to take them out all together. I used to wake up though, because they would make my eyes really sore.
