I have great news

My2Beauties wrote: We got our house. Not the first one we bid on, it's another one. It's actually 10x better than the first one, more room and get this - $14,000 less I am so excited. The owner accepted our bid yesterday, he is paying all closing costs, half of our first year's insurance premium (for flood insurance until it falls off), leaving all appliances (which are all brand new and stainless steel) and he's paying the $395 charge to the Esther Foundation in order for us to receive 3% down payment and he's giving us a 1 year home warranty! I cannot wait to move. Our appraisal will be done next week, the inspection is next Friday, the termite inspection I still need to schedule, then after that it's closing time, we should be moving in 3-4 weeks! I was going to save pics to my pc here at work and download them, but when I went out to the website just now to download them, it's already been removed from the website - which really makes it more official to me, but sucks because I wanted to post pics!
