I hate living in a small town sometimes - Vent about shopping

I've tried looking online, but when you include taxes, and shipping costs, it's to much. I'm fustrated beyond belief right now.

luvmykids replied: I know that feeling too well. Have you tried ebay or Overstock.com? I don't know if it applies to Canada but overstock usually has ridiculously cheap shipping.

I haven't tried E-Bay only because it's mostly used and that that isn't, it's really unfamiliar territority. I don't know what overstock is, but I could try that. Thanks for the suggestions.

J-rod replied: what are you looking for. id try ebay....then find a seller of new stuff....normally a big power seller ahs an ebay store. if you order online you shouldnt have to pay taxes unless you talking about the tax at the border.

Seriously tho, I hate it too. I have to plan trips to the grocery store.... We have a small mom & pop market but for a grocery store it is 22 miles. Walmart 22 miles.... Everything is 20 miles away.

So I wish I could help, I hope you find what you need. Maybe call some stores further away and have one saved for you, then plan a trip this weekend.....

I wish, but we just went for our trip a month or so ago. The closest big big city (because Frederiction is somewhat big, it is the capital, there's just nothing there) is 2 hours away almost.
