Yep, it has the lace in front. From Wal-Mart for $2.88; she has a rainbow of colors of those shirts.

hehe we do to, I got them for her run around mommy does not care about them clothes....since they are so cheep, infact I noticed at the wal-mart I was at the other day they are on clearence, I think for 1.50
