I feel good! - Dropped A off at 9...

Anyways, after I dropped him off I went to Starbucks and got myself a GRANDE Caramel Frappucino with EXTRA caramel (can you tell I'm feeling good?) and then drove back home along the water, stopped at the beach for about 10 minutes, then got home and went to work on bills and calling people back, etc.
I've gotten SO much done, I'm so proud of myself!

The house still needs alot of work today, but MIL said she'll keep Ashton for as long as he's ok for, which in the past has been up to 5 hours without me, and I'm really comfortable with that. I called her once already to check on them and she said he went down for his nap, pretty easily, at 11:30, I think since he got up so early, he was pooped out already...but she said he's been great so far! So I'm happy! I'm hoping I can get in a good long chunk of time here on housework, as you can see, I'm doing a little PC catch-up at the same time, but that's necessary!

So I'll probably go pick him up around 4...if he lasts that long...I may have to drop off some more milk though, I already just had to pump once because I could feel my breasts getting full, but I pumped a ton last night so she said they have a few bottles left, we'll see on that.
But it just feels good to be on top of things (or at least getting there) for ONCE. I feel like I've been doing things for him and Ryan ever since he was born and not taking any time alone, not much anyways. So it's a really good feeling to have some time "off" here today.

That's my happy post for the day.

So glad you are accomplishing so much today. I hope you can take a few minutes more for yourself to relax before you pick him up.

luvmykids replied: Make sure you do something fun too, even if only for an hour! It's such a relief to be able to catch up on the other stuff but you need some R&R too!
