I cringed everytime she

It was a good debate, though, Biden was just fantastic, did you see where he nearly cried when talking about his kids? wub.gif
Palin did fine, it couldn't have been easy going up against someone like Biden. I found myself feeling kind of sorry for her, though.

Danalana replied: I don't understand what you're saying. I think she was just as good as he was. I would feel that way, even if I weren't voting for McCain. I didn't see any reason to feel sorry for her. She held her own very well!

cameragirl21 replied: Idk, I'd say she survived and that's about it. And I'd say that even if I weren't voting for Obama.

punkeemunkee'smom replied: Ok seriously? rolling_smile.gif 1/2 the country says it like that....that is all you found to cringe about? thumb.gif

msoulz replied: I think our president made popular the pronunciation "nukular". dry.gif

I think she fared fine. It seemed to me Biden had more meat in his explanations. And if I heard her say "greed and corruption on Wall Street" once more I thougth I may hurl! But then Biden had his catch phrases too which got old. I did laugh when he threw out "the ultimate bridge to nowhere" talking about this insane health care credit they are discussing. It seems to me they haven't shopped for health care recently. $5000 won't get a family anything, at least not around here.

cameragirl21 replied: I agree, I was thinking the same thing--5000 won't buy any family insurance. I think she did way better than everyone expected but then again, everyone expected her to tank completely. The reason I said I felt sorry for her is that it became abundantly clear to me as she was talking that she really just doesn't belong there and from what I read of the analyses, that is a very popular opinion.
This is a very strange election--McCain/Palin are a very strange "couple" and so are Obama/Biden.

Kaitlin'smom replied: can we just have a do over? I am really not fond of the choises......

cameragirl21 replied:
no freaking kidding. It feels to me like some bizarre comedy show...except it's real.... wacko.gif
You know what they say about truth being stranger than fiction..... huh.gif

Crystalina replied:
Amen! thumb.gif I'm ok with Obama but he's not my first choice. I'm also ok with McCain running. I would much rather have him then the other Repubs running.

I think if I can't have Hillary I would love to have Ron Paul. biggrin.gif

lisar replied:
I am with ya to. I am not fond of the choices but I have to choose one.,

Calimama replied:
I bet he spells it like he says it. rolleyes.gif emlaugh.gif
