ediep replied: my Dh is on this diet. He lost 10 pounds the first 2 weeks and now he is in phase . I made spaghetti squash with tomato, garlic, basil marinara sauce for dinner tonight. It was pretty good.

jem0622 replied: Just to give you a warning...because I am on the tail end of this. You may feel extremely tired and have headaches. This is your body adjusting to lack of high carb foods and sweets.
I decided to just use my Atkins recipe books and I am eating 50-60grams of carbs a day. The fact that I'm measuring my food is new to me (ever in my life) and I am making better choices about what to eat when I'm hungry.
I could not do the induction or Phase I plans b/c I felt that they were too much for me. Let me know how it goes!
