The event is this coming Monday, August 14th! Tickets are only $5 each! Please call the Walton Arts Center Box Office at 443-5600 if you would like to purchase tickets.

Big & Rich Raise Money FOR Local Fayetteville Veterans at Premiere Event
WHAT: Big and Rich will premiere the DVD of the making of their new single and honor local veterans
On August 14, 2006 at 7:00pm at the Walton Arts Center, Prilosec OTC presents "The 8th of November Premiere" with special guests Country Music stars Big & Rich. The "8th of November" documentary is a tribute to their hero and friend, Niles Harris, a purple-heart recipient from the Vietnam War. The documentary chronicles the inspiration for the song including exclusive interviews with Big & Rich and Harris. Big & Rich will also be honoring local veterans at the event, which is aimed at raising funds for local Veterans charities through ticket sales.
The documentary will be exclusively available to consumers with a purchase of a Prilosec OTC special pack at select merchandisers nationwide.

WHY: The event is aimed to raise money for the local 173d Airborne Brigade Association. One hundred percent of the proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to this local charity.
About 173D Airborne Brigade Association
The 173D Airborne Brigade Association was formed to preserve the History of the 173D Airborne Brigade which was formed in Okinawa, sent to the Republic of South Vietnam as the first American Army Unit deployed to the War Zone. With a membership of over 5,600 former and current Skysoldiers, the association holds an annual reunion. The Association has established a Scholarship fund for the children and grandchildren of all those who served in the 173D Airborne.
