Well he purchased one of those dog collar things which has a base and it will give you a shock if you are 100 yards from the base of it. He rigged it up on an ankle bracelet the people on GPS wear and it can only be taken off with a key. It is reinforced so it can't be cut off. She wants to know if it's fair and legal for her dad to do this to her.

As I said, I'm sure this wasn't the answer but it's pretty inventive and pretty darn funny.

She would run away with mom at home. She would just push her out of the way and out the door she would go. Sorry sounds like someone needs a boot up their behind to me. She has called us on her dad for "beating" her. We ruled it parental discipline.

DCF= Deparment of Children and Families.

aka take parents rights away in some cases. I know they are there for a reason so no need to debate the need for them
