I Think I have the Flu!

Anyway, what has started out as a little stuffy head, has turned into chills, bodyaches, sore throat, fever and headache! My DH bought me so Benelyn All-In-One. And that seems to be helping. Last night I was freezing, I wore a sweatshirt and my flannel PJ bottoms, plus I had 2 comforters on my bed and I was still freezing. I asked my DH to call his mother to take Claudia today, I just don't think I could have taken care of her, whenever I stand up I feel dizzy! Emily and Spencer will be fine, they are pretty independant. I'm so tired, I'm going to go upstairs and have a hot bath and then go to bed!

Kirstenmumof3 replied: I can't stay in bed know that Emily and Spencer are down here by themselves! It was driving me nuts, even though they were pretty quiet! So I came down to make myself a cup of tea and I'm sending them to the store to get Giner Ale and Cough drops. I told them they could have the change, unfortunately there isn't going to be much change. I need to stay in bed, but I am going stir crazy!

Kirstenmumof3 replied: Thanks everone! I still can't sit still! My head is going a mile a minute and I feel all jittery inside. I checked the warning lable on the Benylin and it says not to use if you are taking anti-depressants. OOPS! So I checked online to see if there was any drug interaction and couldn't really find anything. I don't know if I should contact my pharmacist, I would feel pretty stupid calling them for something like this.

Kirstenmumof3 replied: Okay I contacted the Pharmacist and she said to take advil or tylenol and use a vapourizer. So now I know not to take this stuff anymore!
