I THOUGHT morning sickness was over...

Danalana wrote: ....sadly, I was wrong. VERY wrong.
On Monday, I threw up after I had only been up about 30 minutes and had only managed to drink a little water. Not pleasant wacko.gif
Then I had to drive to another city to buy a swimsuit for my up-coming beach trip. I decided i would eat at McAlister's Deli, but I didn't want any kind of meat at all. I just got a baked potato. Harmless, right? I sat down, waiting for it, and the smells were making me feel so nauseous. It came, and i tried to eat it. I ate a few bites, but every bite felt like it was coming back up. And then it started...my mouth was watering and I knew I didn't have much time. I got to the bathroom and was thanking God nobody was in there. Needless to say, didn't keep that. So, by the time I got to the mall, I hadn't managed to get anything in my stomach and i felt awful. I went to Cinnabon and got a classic cinnamon roll. It sounded SO good. And it was, but I only ate a few bites. I got full quickly, but I DID keep it down! thumb.gif
And then there is today. I had to go to town, so I decided I would get a salad at Subway. I haven't been able to eat meat, except for beef this whole time. I walked in and my stomach was turning. She asked what kind of meat I wanted on it, and the very question almost made me lose it. I got home and only was able to eat a little...not even a third of it.
BUT, at least I wasn't sick yesterday! I'm just confused because I had a week with none. Maybe it's just phasing out slowly. I'm praying that's the case.
Ha, sorry about my m/s details. I just felt like sharing biggrin.gif Well, at least I didn't use the puking emoticon. I think that might have put it over the top emlaugh.gif

grapfruit replied: hug.gif well yeah for the good week. Hopefully it'll be over soon.

Calimama replied: I had it until 12 weeks, so maybe it's almost over for you. hug.gif

indywndy_04 replied: Hey girly!! Sorry about your sickness, hopefully it will go away soon! When I was prego with my first son I had the sickness late like that. It took a while to go away, I think I was like 12 or 13 weeks before it finally went away. And still then, every once in a while things would make me feel sick, but I wouldn't throw up.

I hope you are doing well!! I miss ya!!! Hope you found a bathing suit! I should mail you my maternity suit. smile.gif I never even wore it because I hated looking fat in my bathing suit. smile.gif

Danalana replied: I miss you, too, Wendy!
I actually bought the swimsuit at a maternity shop, even though i'm not showing. I had to buy it a size smaller than i would normally need, so that was fun biggrin.gif I wouldn't have bought one there just yet, but I really loved the ones they had. I don't love it on me, but it can only do so much laugh.gif

gr33n3y3z replied: maybe it will just be certain things that set you off
hang in there
I use to blow chow then sit right back down and eat the samething again emlaugh.gif I'm like I like this and I'm eating it LOL

Kaitlin'smom replied: hug.gif I am so glad I never had that, sorry it must really suck. Maybe stick to those cinnabons laugh.gif

MotherForever2043 replied: I'm so sorry hun hug.gif I know exactly what you're going through...I hope your m/s goes away real soon (and for good!).

~** NO MORE M/S VIBES**~

mummy2girls replied: i dont want to get you down but my morning sickenss lasted all day every day for 5 months. yes 20 weeks. i would puke in the morning every morning and then throughout the day i would throw up occasionally if something like a stinky diaper( i nannnied) or spit up i would hurl. And then before bed i was so naciuos! It was hard ...

Mommy2Isabella replied: I was right there with you when i was PG with bella, yet NO BREAKS FOR ME!!

I hope it goes away soon so you can enjoy being pregnant and eat whatever you want! smile.gif

Sam & Abby's Mom replied:
ROFL !!!!!!!!!!!!

I was really hoping it was totally gone for you. BUT,,,,,if you went a week without any morning sicknes,,,,then maybe that's a sign that it is on its way out. Sending positive thoughts your way ! hug.gif

Hang in there - I know its hard, now - but it will be worth it baby.gif

Danalana replied: Thanks ladies!
And Lisa..."blow chow"? laugh.gif I have never heard that in my life...

Danalana replied: SO...today, I threw up in the mall parking lot sleep.gif

Sam & Abby's Mom replied: No way !? it almost seems as if its getting worse,,,, is it ? ohmy.gif

A&A'smommy replied: yikes thats awful!!!! I hope it goes away soon!! hug.gif

Brias3 replied: Oh, I feel for ya! I swear, I had morning sickness for MOST of one of my pregnancies and then about half of another. It was horrible. I was jealous of those who only had it those first few months- how pathetic is that? sad.gif

Although, I must admit, when I was pregnant with Ryan, I was so thrilled to be having a baby, I was almost excited when I got MS because it seemed so "real" then. By the second and third, I was over the excitement of puking and just plain dry.gif

laugh.gif

Danalana replied: laugh.gif I know m/s is a good sign, so I'm trying to take it in stride. I just hate when it's coupled with headaches.

HuskerMom replied: I hope the m/s and headaches go away soon! hug.gif

boyohboyohboy replied: dana , i had bad morning sickness with all the boys, and this last time, it went away then came back until i was about 6 months along...but have you tried those motion sickness bracelets?
i got mine at rite aide, they are sea bands i do believe...they really helped me. you put them on your wrists and just leave them there, no chemicals...
