I'm going to study psych and English...hope to eventually do school administration type of thing but of course I'm sure I'll change my mind 100 times through the process I'm ok with that though, it's part of what has stopped me, not knowing what I'd do when I finished school. But I'm tired of just thinking about it and wanting it and not taking any steps towards it

I think it is common to not know for sure what you want to do. At least you are one step closer to finding out. Congrats! Let us know how your first day goes!
luvmykids replied: What I'm really nervous about is finding out how crazy I am!

jcc64 replied: Welcome to the club, Monica! I'm also studying English in preparation to become a high school teacher. I have 3 semesters to go. It was the best decision I ever made, and I absolutely LOVE being an "adult learner." What you lack in free time you more than make up for with wisdom, life experience, and emotional maturity. You're going to do great, I'm sure. Be warned about psych- it's kind of hard to do anything with an undergrad psych degree. If you want to go that route, be prepared for much more schooling beyond the bachelor's level. Best of luck, and let me know if you need any help with Beowulf...
