Hyland teething tablets - really

MyBrownEyedBoy wrote: WORK!! Logan made it through the night with only a single whine around 3 am. I am more rested than I have been in a week, even thought I stayed up late reading Harry Potter. Guilty pleasure.

mckayleesmom replied: Yes....I loved those. If I could find the guy that made them...Id kiss his feet.

mommy_loves_chase replied: but his feet might be really dirty puke.gif lmbo

~KARA~ replied: They worked really well on my youngest dd too! I need to start stocking up on them for this baby!!

mummy2girls replied: They worked awesome for my dd as well. I still have them and give them to her if she has diaareah as the ingredients in them help to fix that... tongue.gif

kellibellisdillybear replied: ohmy.gif i asked my doctor about them the other day, and she said they contain poisonous sedatives and not to give them to Dylan! I was so dissappointed after hearing all the wonderful things you guys have said about them!!! I may just have to do some more research about them, and try them anyway, but I don't know if DH will agree.....we're a bit of a textbook couple since he's our first and all tongue.gif

SOUTHERN MOMMY replied:
WTH someone needs to find out about that however they have been out forever i feel if they were a danger they would not still be around KWIM but, you never can be to safe.

MyBrownEyedBoy replied: They are homeopathic. That means they contain miniscule amounts of the ingredients. If you look at the label, you will see 3X after the ingredients. That means they took the ingredient and diluted it 100 times. Then diluted the dilution 100 times again, and then diluted that 100 times again. Basically it is a 1-to-1 million dilution. I did the math, work in a lab with dilutions all the time. I am using them in smaller amounts than the directions say and my son has a heart condition. I talked to his pediatrician and my pharmacist. They both said if I wanted to try them go ahead.

MyBrownEyedBoy replied: I hope my last post didn't seem too grouchy. Or preachy. Sorry if I offended anyone.

mckayleesmom replied: LOL....I have never heard the poison thing....but whateve it is...it works...BRING EM ON!!

MommyToAshley replied:
I don't think you sounded grouchy at all. Your explanation was informative, thank you. thumb.gif

Our ped said it was ok to try Hyland Teething Tabs as well, and it was the only thing that worked for Ashley until she started getting her molars.

A&A'smommy replied: I'm SO glad they worked for you!!! thumb.gif

kidsarecrazy replied: Interesting! I have never heard of them before!
