How's everyone doing?

I decided my goal, for sure, is to workout 5 days a week for at least 1/2 hour each time. I accomplished that last week and I have one day under my belt for this week. I'm spicing up my routines so I'm not doing taebo every day. If I did it every day I'd be way too muscular, which happened to me the last time I lost all my weight. I like to be tone, but not Madonna tone.
I'm getting in more water and bringing my lunch to work with me every day. The only days I'm not eating my "home" lunch is the days I have lunch meetings.
I REALLY hope to be a loser this week! Oh, and I'm gonna stop whining! I know it was bringing me down and I'm sure everyone else reading was getting down.

3_call_me_mama replied: not too bad or too good here. Been eating better. Scale says the same as last week, so we'll see in two days. Still waiting on my gazelle but doing my pilates which is giving me energy if nothign else!

Kaitlin'smom replied: better, I did not snack as much over the weekend and made better eating choises most of the time. I have been getting a work out everyday since last thursday and it feels GOOD. I wanted to do more over the weekend but I got so tired saturday night after cleaning the house all day and getting a walk in on my lifewalker whiel Kait naped that I was to tired to do yoga after she went to bed. I will do yoga tonight. I was nto great getting my water in over the weekend, just cant seem to drink it as much I got some in just not as much as I should have so its chug a lug today and hopefully I will get better each weekend. I have soup today for lunch but I am re-thinking that and I am tempeted to go to subway...no wiate cant do that today, its free cookie day and I cant resist the cookies if they are free so soup it will be.
I really hope to see LOSER on my scale.

Maddie&EthansMom replied: I didn't do too well this weekend, either. I did work out on Saturday which is unusual for me. Sunday I was going to go running, but it rained all day. 
My new goals are:
To increase my water intake Get (at least) 30 mins of cardio in daily and strength training twice a week Not omit, but watch the carbs, salt and sugar (the white stuff) Eat more fiber and vegetables
By the sound of that, it sounded like I wasn't dieting at all, huh? 
I also want to join WW. I really need something to keep me on track. I'm pretty frustrated at this point. I don't think I've lost anything this week. 
Sarah&Mackenzie replied: Not too good I just can't get in the mood to excersise. I am eating less, but I have still only lost 1 pound. I haven't been feeling the best lately either. I had a headache everyday last week and have one again today. Would someone please give me a swift kick in the butt to get me excersising. THANKS!!!

Heck, who can get motivated in this crappy Illinois weather. I am sooooooo begging spring to arrive so I can get out to exercise. I just started working out about two weeks ago, but if I have to do videos too much more I'll go insane. So spring has to arrive soon.

Sarah&Mackenzie replied: Thanks Karen!! I can't wait until the nice weather, I take Mackenzie and my dog for walks. It is about 2 miles in total and I love being outside and love walking!!!
ammommy replied: I was doing great until Saturday. We took the kids to the children's museum and ate lunch there (pizza), then went out after mass, too (Wendy's). Now, I did have a salad at wendy's but not FF dressing. Sunday wasn't much better and I just can't get myself moving. Hopefully, I'll have a great workout tonight, though. Wednesday will be pretty ugly, I think.
booey2 replied: Okay I was delaying posting here because I am in a pretty nasty funk right now, food, exercise and family wise. I vented in my journal and I don't feel it is fair to post it here to bring you all down. So instead I am going to praise and encourage you all who are doing good. You are all truely an inspiration to me. I am just waiting on AF to show up and I should be in a better frame of mind.

I didn't work out once all weekend. This is the first time in 6 months and I feel awful. I cheated too... I had a big ole fattening bean burrito at Taco Bell last night..and I drank alot of adult beverages..which lead to the bean burrito! I made bad decisions over and over.
But I had fun..so I guess I will except fate ..and like I said in the other post in P&I Dh helped me exercise..so I hope we are good.. We will see Weds.. I am recommited today.. and hung over!
coasterqueen replied: Mel. I plan to have a similar sucky weekend because our friends are in town. We haven't seen them since Sept 10 so I'm so excited to see them. We'll be having some drinks, eating some good food, etc. and I'm not going to be able to exercise either. I'm just going to have fun and suffer the consequence.

A&A'smommy replied: If it wasn't for the pizza I'm sure I would have done LOTS better I have been drinking TONS of water and working out more my scale says the same thing (although its less then my ticker) I'm waiting until wednesday to change it!!
