How often do you....

Just curious. At our other house we reaaranged the furniture every couple of months

My3LilMonkeys replied: Me, never. DH gets bored and rearranges about 4 times a year. I don't mind the other rooms so much but doing the living room is a huge PITA because there's the computer, TV, surround sound, TiVo, DVD player, all the games systems....wires everywhere!

MamaJAM replied: Only if we buy something new and it doesn't fit where the old piece did. Our house is very small -- and to move things around would make getting around impossible.

C&K*s Mommie replied: On average every 2-3 mos. Depending when that 'boredom bug bites', I cannot move the console tv that the tv is on, at all. So that stays put no matter what, unless Chris is here to help. And I have not asked him to move it but one time.
The bookcases, and sofa get moved all the time. Along with pictures, and one painting, and a smaller console. Sometimes the end tables & coffee table are out, but right now they are put away in the closet.

holley79 replied: My old house I use to rearrange the furniture all the time. Now that DH has the surround sound system it stays where it's at. Not to mention the entertainment center is a butt to move. I rearranged the living room one time and that's when I pulled a "WHILE you were out" on DH. He was majorly ticked.

Maddie&EthansMom replied: No rearranging furniture in our house. The only rooms that can be rearranged are the kids rooms. It drives my mother crazy. She loves to move furniture around.

We haven't done it at all in this house yet (moved in last summer) but even before then, we were at one home for four years and I think I rearranged the furniture once or twice total and that was usually just to accomodate a new piece or something in the room

luvmykids replied: I love to rearrange, but this house we can't in the den or master bedroom, the den has a fireplace and french doors on one wall so there's no other place to put our sectional, and in the bedroom there are 2 big windows on one wall so the only thing that looks good on that wall is the bed!

A&A'smommy replied: lol funny you should say something I was getting VERY tired of the way my living room was set up so I changed it around a lot the other day after ummm 8 months lol

3xsthefun replied: I use to move around the stuff in the living room 2-4 times a year. But now we have some stuff can't be really moved around. Besides our place is pretty small.

Boys r us replied: I have a hard time b/c there is only one place the TV can go b/c that's where we had an indention in the wall made for the TV..lol and with all of the windows in the living room, there are aonly certain places we can put the furniture. So the living room is kinda stuck the way it is!

The other rooms I will rearrange sometimes.
