How much did you baby weigh? - (at birth)

My baby boy Brendan was one month old on 7/26. I have always been small so it was a shock when I gained 50 lbs during my pregnancy! I went from a size 1 to a size 5. ( I ate healthy the whole time, if you are wondering.) Anyways, I was in labor for a week without progressing when my doc finally decided to do a c-section. We later found out that my baby was 9 pounds 14 ounces. He was in the 98th percentile for weight! So, how much did your baby weigh at birth? Just curious. Thanks

~KARA~ replied: My oldest dd was 7lbs 3oz, dd#2 was 7lb 12.8oz and I wont be surprised if the baby im carring now isnt 8lbs or more!

I was a 3-5 before and durring I was a 13, now I am a 7-9.....
I don't remember how much I gained, but I know I was like 180lb's when I went in to labor with him.....
mom2tripp replied: I gained 38 pounds with Tripp, I wore a size 5-6 before him and now wear a 7-8  Tripp was 19 inches long and weighed 6lbs. 15 oz. 
MommyToAshley replied: Ashley weighed 8.98 lbs. I also ate very healthy, and I went from 125 lbs to just a little over 200lbs.  Everyone thought I was having twins. I still can't figure out why I gained so much because I mostly ate fruits and veggies and I drank a ton of water.

I didn't gain any weight with either pregnancy, but let me tell you, I didn't need too.

Caden was 7lbs even and I gained almost 45lbs with him
Kaitlin'smom replied: Kaitlin was 7lbs 5oz I gained 35-40lbs with her and 15 came the last 3 weeks mostly cause of water retetion and swelling.
5littleladies replied: My 1st dd was 8 lbs, 12 oz-I gained 60 pounds
2nd dd was 8lbs, 6oz-I gained around 30 pounds
3rd dd was 9 lbs, 7 oz (ouch!)-I gained around 25 pounds
So far with this baby I've gained 20 pounds (will probably top out between 25-30)
and I think she is going to be on the small side-at least smaller than Brianna, because I seem to be carrying a bit more small and compact than usual.

angelhair replied: I gained 24 lbs and when I wieghed myself last I am now back to my prepregnacy wieght. however I still have a little pouch until my uterus shrinks back to normal. my ds was 7l 14 onces and my dd was 7lbs 9 onces but was a week early. love dee

Russell weighed 6lbs 3 oz and I gained 13lbs
I was 172lbs the day I had Mckaylee and 173 the day I had Russell....I always thought that was kinda cool....

mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied: I gained only 25 lbs, so everyone thought I was having a small baby, but Wil was 8 lbs. half an oz when born, 21 inches long. I've lost 37 lbs, but my metabolism has been crazy fast ever since I had Wil. Could be all that going up and down stairs with a big child in hand!

Madison was 9 lb, 1 oz. and I gained 15 with her (But I was still carrying some of the weight that I gained with Brooke).
No Comment on size before/after as I'm still trying to get in shape - but I'm aiming for BETTER shape than I was before Brooke was born.

165 when I got pg, 202 morning of the hospital, 180 after I had her.
This one - 165 when I got pregnant, and I'm up to 218 right now...
