Im pretty sure the calculator would catch fire though... laugh.gif But I will take the link anyways for future purposes.

booey2 replied: The link also has a recipie builder function where you enter all the ingredients and the amount of servings and it will tell you how many points each serving is.

You are welcome. smile.gif

booey2 replied:
Those are a good guideline, the new program has changed so Bri will take a quiz to actually help figure out the points she will be allowed to have.

mckayleesmom replied:
I get 20-27 points then....woo hoo.

Thanks for that info Holley and Shelly...

Im going to eat 1 cookie... rolling_smile.gif

mummy2girls replied:
the program has cahnged.. they ask you 5 questions and then you tally teh numbers up to get your points plus on top of your daily points you get a weekly allowance of 35 points so if you decide one night to go out for dinner you can use the bonus points.

I know that's why I posted the old one. The new one is freaking confusing. wacko.gif I am allowed 24 points.

This is what is in the front of my diary:

Less than 150 pounds: 20
150-174 pounds 22
175-199 pounds 24
200-224 pounds 26
225-249 pounds 28
250-274 pounds 30
275-299 pounds 31
300-324 pounds 32
325-349 pounds 33
over 350 pounds 34

Also if you do flex you are allowed 35 weekly flex points.

booey2 replied: I love the new program, but I am doing CORE and you still have your weekly 35 to use.
