My3LilMonkeys replied: Well I wasn't really involved either...but I am dieting and I am down 15lb! And I can tell you that you have been a great motivation - seeing all of those pictures of you looking so fabulous has been great!
mammag replied: I haven't been doing so well. I am back up to 126 so I really need to change my ticker to show I have 6 pounds to lose now. I'm hoping part of it is because of AF but I know I've gained some because I haven't been eating good and rarely working out.
I did get down there tonight and did shoulders and biceps and was just telling my sister that I am really going to stick to at least working out for December and then I can add the eating in (though I'm going to try to eating half decent in the meantime) January.
I'm quite frustrated with myself because I was doing so well for a while. If I would have stuck to it I would look really good right now. Well, no use getting down about it. I'm starting anew now!! Gotta stay positive!

Jeanie..you are tiny. I am sure you will drop the 6lbs in no time. TOM is a real evil thing to me too. I hope you feel good about yourself. I can say dang girl you are tiny..but if you aren't happy..I guess that's all that matters. SO good luck to you too~

MyLuvBugs replied: I'm doing awesome Mel. Thanks for asking. Can finally fit into my size 10's again. Only took a year after Lorelei. lol I've got 2 lbs before I'm back to where I was before getting PG, and only 14lbs before I'm where I want to be. Just gotta keep positive!!
Maybe we should set a personal goal and try to get down another 5 lbs by the end of Dec. Do you think that would motivate you and help you get through this hump?
TANNER'S MOM replied: I want to lose 10 lbs by Dec. But I will take 5! lol I am 165 down from 215. So lets make a goal ... I am game.

Kaitlin'smom replied: doing much better now. I really do feel the need to lose weight, not aime to be a skinny minnie just healthy, and hopefully that will give me more energy. I am game at least 5 more lbs by the end of the month.

A&A'smommy replied: Ya'll I have been doing horribly I feel GROSS and I'm SO sick of this weight I did have a mini goal of 5lbs before next week and I was doing good until I got sick and now i have NO energy and I'm board so I'm eating more... sorry for whining but I'm SO tired of dieting and stuff and not loosing weight
ammommy replied: I changed BC and the weight that I gained is back off. I don't know if it's because I have more energy to workout or if it was gain due to the BC, but I'm back OP and hope to keep dropping the pounds.

I'm trying to lose a pound to two pounds a week, not pressuring myself and indulging in a few things here and there to keep me on track. I did AWESOME during the Thanksgiving holiday but did terrible the week before that. I'm hoping I can do good at Christmas time too but I think that will be worse for me.
I had secretly hoped to get down to 135 by the end of the year but that's not going to happen and I'm fine with that. With everything else going on I'm just glad the scale continues to go down than up because when I'm stressed I EAT!
Kaitlin'smom replied: I am feeling so much better about it since the scale is going down, I know I am not supposed check the scale so often but I had to this morning since I did soooo well yesterday, and espically with dinner. and It went down another .5lbs WOOO HOOO I am deffinalty modivated this time. I was so hoping to be down a good 15lbs buy the end of year but I will be happy with 10lbs overall.

I have to check the scale too, it's my pure motivation. As long as it goes down it literally motivates me. If I wait all week to weigh them I'm not as motivated. When I see that scale going down it gives me a reason not to cheat.

TANNER'S MOM replied: Congrats..this must be a good week for it. I was down to 163 2 more pounds..since I have dropped so much I am at the slow end..but I will take what I can get. But over night I got TOM..and I was 164 this morning..so I refuse to count it ... I will weigh again in 5 days.
But I am feelig great!
Kaitlin'smom replied: I have not changed my ticker yet not tillmy offical weigh in day but I did pretty good over the weekend, just tried to keep busy so I did not snack. Yes the scale is my modivation as long as its not going up I dont cheet nearly as much. I am hoping for a nice loss by thursday, but so far at least my ticker will go down just hoping and will work for more.
coasterqueen replied: I was so busy and tired I didn't eat much at all this weekend and before last night I weighed 145! But I did eat a bit last night and of course my weight went back up to where it should be. I'm thinking I won't lose much this week, but I'm ok with that.
