momofone wrote: getting older? laugh.gif My gray hairs and wrinkles bother me a little, But overall as long as I'm healthy - I'm happy. happy.gif

TheOaf66 replied: I am like a fine wine, I get better with age thumb.gif

luvbug00 replied: i hate it.. i'm not even 30 and i hate it. dry.gif

Celestrina replied: I hate it. Not too long ago I went to the Dr. and showed him a mark on my chest. He said it was nothing to worry about and gave me the medical term for it. When I asked him to explain it, he hung his head down and said "Its an old age spot." sad.gif

PrairieMom replied: I hate it. Hate it hate it hate it. Its kind of a surreal experience for me, its something that happens to people, but not me. I'm gonna be 25 forever, even tho I am 30. laugh.gif I had a mini break down when I had my birthday this year.

lovemy2 replied: Age is all a state of mind wink.gif

Oh yeah - I am still about 19 - young, skinny and the world by the you know whats laugh.gif

hoosier momma replied: I hate the thought of getting older. I was scared to death to turn 30 in March. It was really hard for me. Although, really it is no different than 29. I completely fear gray hair. My sister has had it since about 21.

hoosier momma replied:
To be there again and know what we all know now. happy.gif

tammyhopkins replied: I hated turning 30 last year. all the people that when you were in your 20's you thought were "OLD" are now young. And when people guess your age they never guess in the 20's anymore. I hate it big time. My oldest sister is 40 and we were out for coffee and a guy that works with me comes in and says " oh i didn't know you had a younger sister"

gr33n3y3z replied: I will be 44 in Aug and I feel young at hart and I can keep up with the young ones so Its all good

Crystalina replied: Getting older does not bother me one bit.
Well, except for the saggy boob thing. wacko.gif

HuskerMom replied:
That's how I feel. I will be 26 in about 3 weeks and I'm dreading it. I don't know why though.

Calimama replied:
Ditto! I'm not even 20 and I hate it.

Calimama replied:

lesliesmom replied: Up until this year it didn't bother me. Now, turning 36 soon, I'm not looking forward to it. I think it was my mom's comment - I'll be closer to 40 then I am to 30 now. Oh well, can't do anything about it. As long as I can keep up with the kids it's okay.. they keep me young at heart.

lovemy2 replied:
Can't even say I feel the least bit sorry for you rolling_smile.gif

Calimama replied:
You and DH both. He thinks I'm blink.gif laugh.gif

holley79 replied: I'm Healthy and I'm happy. I do try and fight the effects of aging with ANEW from Avon. emlaugh.gif

C&K*s Mommie replied: Someone once said "I am ____ (years old) and I have earned every single one of those years!"
I believe this. I look forward to aging and witnessing how life changes over the years.
I cannot believe that I am nearing 30 years old though. But then again there is still 40, and 50 still to come. emlaugh.gif

MoonMama replied: I'm 22 (23 in August) but I am already hating it big time! dry.gif

Mommyof3 replied: I always said before that I didn't mind turning 30, 40 or even 50 because I was looking forward to what life would be like at those different times. I turned 30 in December and a few nights before I panicked about it, but it's great.
The only thing is...I don't want to look old. rolling_smile.gif

MotherForever2043 replied: Loathe it~ Even though I have yet to see a grey hair biggrin.gif I don't look foward to it. dry.gif

moped replied:
LOL - that is funny Tam.

Getting older sucks.

We are 30, 35 and 40. MAN I can't believe I am nearly 36!!!!!

Someone tell me I don't look it?

Cece00 replied: I dont like it. Its not that I am sad about getting older because of the years (like it doesnt bother me to say I am 25, I know some ppl get hung up on the years), but more because I know I am closer to dying, and I just am afraid to miss stuff. I really love life & it sucks that one day I wont be able to enjoy it.

Our Lil' Family replied: I'm turning 29 in November and I will remain that age forever!!!!!!!!!!

BabyOwen427 replied: My sis has a system for aging. She says once you hit 29 you age slower, so for every five years she only adds one to her age. So she is 38 in our years but in her years she is only 30 and won't turn 31 for another two of our years. wacko.gif

I told her to enjoy living in her fanticy world because I live in reality and one day her younger sis will be older than her emlaugh.gif emlaugh.gif I'm 24, will be 25 in Sept. So in 2014 when she turns 33 I will be 32. Imagine that, and we have 14 years between us laugh.gif rolling_smile.gif

She's never been one to live in reality anyways.

I'm looking forward to growing up, not really for the aging part but for the life experiences. I want to have more kids and see them grow up and go to school and have their own families one day.

mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied: Doesn't bother me so much. I just went to my 15 year HS reunion and I feel like I am in better shape than I was back then. It was really neat to see how people have changed, some for the better and some for the worse...But I have to say I really felt GREAT! And it was nice to see how mature everyone is now.
