I already have all of our stuff ready for tomorrow, bags packed, lunches made, dinner is made for when we get home tomorrow night, clothes picked out for both of us. I'm just so so nervous. I think Tripp will be fine, I'm the one that will cry all the way to work

Tripp being fine is a sure thing... and you are right about yourself..lol Don't forget to pack your makeup for lil touchups when the emotion gets to you too much I don't know what your sitter situation will be, home sitter/family member/ daycare...but make as many calls as you want to them. You are the mom and don't feel bad about it! Don't apologize for it either!!

I actually took Tripp to the sitters house for a little while today and he did great, of course I was there. She doesn't watch any other children, she has a two year old daughter that Tripp flirted with the entire time. There were so many new toys that he pretty much ignored me the whole time which is a good thing I guess

So, after Tripp went to bed I loaded up the car and made sure everything is ready for me just to grab and go in the morning. We will be leaving around 6:15 AM and Tripp usually sleeps till 7 AM so that will be the first challenge of the day

School starts at 8 and I need to be there before my class gets there obviously. I hope to be at the sitters around 4 to get Tripp so hopefully everything will go ok.

I've had to sit down a couple of times tonight and reassure myself and try not to panic because I think or at least I hope everything will be ok.

Pray for me

I will update you all tomorrow!!!

Once you get into a routine, you will feel more at ease and everything will be much easier from one day to the next.

CAMSMOM1 replied: the first day is always rough, bbut you have a wonderful little boy aND I'm sure he'll love the new attention from your babysitter and her daughter! I remember calling 100 times the first time I left Cam with Grandma. Of course, everytime he was fine...I was the one who was taking it rough.
But you need to do this for yourself. Tripp's in good hands. Let us know how it goes. BIGGEST HUGS TO YOU!
