How are you doing on your shopping?

I have a few things for Ashley, but need to finish that up.
Haven't started looking for family or teachers or anyone else outside of the immediate family.
Time is flying, I need to get going on this.
luvbug00 replied: doing miserable..have gotten myas and her gift for her dad. sooo yea gotta alot to get and no time..christmas is gonna be rough this year. fortunatly the internet is here to save the day!! lol
~Roo'sMama~ replied: We're doing ok ~ my side of the family is done except for my 3 year old niece but she will be easy. Kids are done, and Scott and I both needed new winter coats so we got each other new Columbia coats for our early Christmas presents. We are going to each get each other something small besides that so I still need to get something for him. Dh's side of the family is impossible. We don't have a clue what to get his mom, or his sister, or his two nieces and nephew. I really wish we could think of something good for his mom, especially since it's her first Christmas without his dad. But his family is hard to buy for.
mom21kid2dogs replied: Sara~I did a little photo album ot Shutterfly for Stephen, his sister and his mom of his father the Christmas after he passed. I really thought long and hard about it as I was afraid it would be a downer but it was so the opposite. In fact, my MIL, who is so not a fan of mine, still talks about how much it meant to get that. Just a thought.
Back to the question. I'm pretty much done with shopping~few odds and ends like our stocking gifts to go, but otherwise all the major stuff is done. Now I have to deal with the December birthdays and decorating, cooking, etc. Aside from our tree with 3,000 lights (and no ornaments yet) and the outdoor stuff, it not's looking to Christmasy in our house!
jcc64 replied: Have done practically nothing. I shopped for Corey this past w/e, b/c Justice was having some great sales and she loves that store. I love shopping for Corey--for everyone else, it basically feels like drudgery, tbh.
PrairieMom replied: We are essentially done. I have a few more craft things I need to sew together, but other than that we are D-O-N-E . We did most of it all in one night.
I do still have to get DH a birthday present but I know what I will be getting, I just have to brave the cold and ick to go get it.
~Roo'sMama~ replied: Cheryl that's a good idea ~ Dh took some pictures of my FIL and the kids before he died. Maybe we could get a couple of them framed or something. I'll talk to Scott about it. Thanks!
MommyToAshley replied: What a great idea! You could even do one of those frames where your family could write in a favorite memory.
Sarah&Mackenzie replied: Done and all wrapped, thank goodness!!
luvmykids replied: Great, juuuuust great, I have one whole gift bought and wrapped!
BAC'sMom replied: I'm still working on it
coasterqueen replied: I have just a few more to buy and hopefully will be done this weekend, including all wrapping.
CantWait replied: Just about done. One more gift for each of the kids to get, and dh's. That's it.
A&A'smommy replied: NOT
