Home from Connecticut

coasterqueen wrote: We are back from Connecticut. Well we got back Monday, but then I was out of the office at a software class yesterday and was busy playing catch up today. CT was fun. We also drove to Newport, RI and played around for a day which was fun, too. We didn't get to do much sight seeing in CT because of dealing with all the wedding stuff, though. I would definitely like to go back and do a lot more some day.

I did get to relax (some). Hee hee. I got a manicure and pedicure while I was there so that was nice.

Glad to be home, though. Girls didn't act like they missed us. Dh said we should have been gone another 5 days if they weren't going to miss us. I think they had a lot of fun at my parents.

We stayed 3 nights in Hartford near the airport and one night in Simsbury. The wedding was in Simsbury. Not sure where Manchester is at. I got so lost from all the driving around there we had to do. Everything is so spread out. Very neat area, though! Gorgeous colonial homes.
