Mysterious "Third Man" in Daniel Smith Case Not So Mysterious
TMZ has been told by sources that there is no issue regarding the mysterious "third person" in the hospital room where Daniel Smith died on Sunday. That's because it's Anna Nicole Smith's longtime lawyer and confidant, Howard K. Stern, as the New York Post reports this morning, citing Smith's Bahamian lawyer.

Sources tell TMZ that the final autopsy report will be ready today, that there was definitely no heart attack or external injuries involved, and that a critical clue may lie on the plane he flew on to the Bahamas. We're also told that flight personnel have been interviewed by police. Something happened on that plane, though sources would not say if it involved drugs or alcohol. But we do know that Daniel went straight from the airport to the hospital, and that when he was found unresponsive, he was already dead. TMZ is also told that the hospital did everything by the book.

I'm not sure how to interperte this are they segesting Howard killed him?? OMG!

they said there was no edivance of physical trama....so drugs would be my conclusion. Also do we know if he got to talk to his mom before he died?

Second I hope she doesn't score an account for an after-baby weight-loss diet because I had enough of seeing her "Like my body? Think I'm sexy? TRIMSPA BABY!!" Oh yeah and who's the father? I didn't know she was married. (I don't really keep up with Anna but I use to watch her show)

luvmykids replied: I saw that they are pretty sure about the cause of death but waiting for the toxicology reports before making the announcement.

My2Beauties replied: My dad told me last night that he heard it was a drug overdose and they were going to file charges against her for giving him the drugs

luvmykids replied: I also read that he died in her room, that he was sleeping in a chair and she woke up and tried to wake him up.

They are going to run this story in the ground because she is Anna Nicole and her son took anti-depressants. I'm not a huge Anna fan but I feel sorry for her. She can not enjoy her new baby because she is grieving for her son. I couldn't imagine dealing with that.

On the note about ehr son we are all guessing some type of drugs or physical altercation.

Nina J replied: I hope that this can be resolved quickly. My heart goes out to Anna-Nicole, she must be so heartbroken. She's done some crazy things, but from what I've heard, and pictures I've seen, she loved her son greatly. One picture really made me sad, it was from about 1992 I think..

I knew she was pregnant ages ago, I can't remember where I heard it but she was apparently about 4 months pregnant when I found out. I remember DH and I talking about it, he laughed at me because I said I thought she'd have a pretty baby, since I think she's pretty (even if she is a bit eccentric at times). DH thought I was nuts.
