Lauren is sitting up really well and trying to crawl. I am doing my best to discourage that.

Katherine is doing well. She's potty trained and hasn't had any accidents in a couple of weeks. We will work on night training later. With the amount of talking that she does, I think I know what she will be when she grows up. She will be a commentator...be it sports, debates, news...whatever. As long as she can talk a lot!

We are getting ready to leave for my grandmothers 85th birthday party/family reunion tomorrow. We will be staying at a Natural Springs that has a hotel that was built in the 30's. They are trying to keep with the original feel so no tv's, internet connections etc. K will have fun with my cousins kids and I've bought plenty of balls/bubbles/crayons and swim gear. I suspect we will spend a lot of time in the water since Katherine did so well with her swim classes.

I'm a bit concerned that the stupid hurricane is forcasted to come to our neighborhood while we are gone but what can you do? Our neighbor will call us if our house implodes or anything.

I loved that picture that you put up, too. Could they look any less alike though?! You would never guess that they're sisters. They're both beautiful of course. i can't get over the size of Lauren's eyes!! xx

LOL. I thought the same thing but the more I look at them, I'm seeing that they actually have the same lower face, from the nose down. It's just that their eyes are so different that it's hard to look past them.
