I just wanted to give a quick update on our girls.

Addison is doing wonderful, she was moved from ICU to a regular floor last week and so far so good, she is still having to eat through a feeding tube and reqiuring oxygen, but she will be all better soon we think. Yesterday she passed the 10 pound mark, which goes to show she is definately our child, because no matter what, she is NOT going to miss a meal.

Avery is not doing so well, she is on ECMO, we were told 9 days ago when she went on it that this is her last option, if ECMO doesn't do the job then there is nothing else they can do for her. But, we have faith that she will do well. For those of you wondering, ECMO is a huge machine that has two huge tubes connecting that were surgically placed coming out of her neck. It takes blood out in one tube and it goes through the machine and oxygenates it and it goes back into her via the other tube. It does all the work for her heart and lungs, their goal is to have her on this until her lungs are completely healed.

This is a bad deal you guys. Avery really really really needs any and all prayers that she can get.
