J-rod replied: well kyan is sleeping good........mom and dad not so much. steph got up all night so i could sleep, but i was still up checking on them both all night. kyan sleeps clear thru the night when in our bed.....so for the time being we doing that becuase we NEED some sleep

oh and thanks for asking. hug.gif

mom2my2cuties replied: Don't feel so bad J-Rod, my daughter is like that and she is 2!

My poor husband has about had it. He has been sleeping on the couch for 2 months. I know part of it with her is since we moved, we had a BIG blow up with the movers (They LOST OUR STUFF!!!!!!!!! - How do you loose a tractor trailer FULL of stuff??!?!??!?) Anyway, so she had been sleeping on an airbed & I think it just got to too uncomfortable. I think we are going to have to break down and rent her a bed as well.

MyLuvBugs replied:
Yeah....that's a parenting thing. smile.gif Even when they sleep in their own beds, sometimes ya just wake up in the middle of the night to check on them. rolleyes.gif

I hope you and Steph can get some more sleep soon though. Do you have a mom or MIL near by that can help for a couple nights?? I'll send you mine if you want!! laugh.gif Just so she won't bother me anymore. laugh.gif

J-rod replied: stephs mom lives 3 miles down the road......but we wont ask, cause we dont want to abuse the offer, and they will be babysitting 3-4 days a week when steph goes back to work.

and truthfully, we couldnt be away from him that long. we left him for 4 hours last thursday to go to hospital for my player....and she missed him sooooo bad.

mom2my2cuties replied: What age soccer players do you coach? I coached the 4 & 5 year olds last year smile.gif

J-rod replied:
high school so 15-18

mom2my2cuties replied: at least yours could listen *laughs*

Mine were outright convinced, where ever the ball was, that was where they needed to be.

I miss coaching. I hope next fall I can get back involved. I should be healed up enough by then.

MyLuvBugs replied:
Why couldn't your MIL spend the night with you all, like in the living room, and that way the baby would still be in the house close to you, but yet someone else could help with the responsibility for one night? Just a suggestion. I hope it gets better soon!! hug.gif hug.gif hug.gif I know you don't want to abuse their offers, but they're grandparents....they won't mind. Trust me. wink.gif smile.gif

J-rod replied: thought about that..my mom is 1.5 hrs away and wants to do that during her breaks (she is a school teacher)

J-rod replied:
sorta....im lacing up my boots and gearing up to "play" with them tonight....if they wont listen they can watch while i school their butts a little. thumb.gif

mom2my2cuties replied: our little team was pretty good. They named themselves the "Mighty Dragons" And thier colors they picked out a lime green and they wanted the other color to be blue but "accidentally" checked the black button instead.

They were funny - tried to name themselves the Boogers, and Snot Face and a few other lovely names like that. I think Mikee (my son) wanted to name them "Baby Poop" because he said the color green reminded him of his little sisters dirty diapers.
