Should be within 2 weeks. The appraiser is coming out this week sometime, the lender sets that up for us, our home inspection is Friday and I still have to contact the Termite place to set up my appt for the Termite inspection. After all that is said and done - we're ready to roll. Like I said, probably 2 weeks, 3 weeks at the latest I would guess, it's my first time so I'm not sure how long the whole process is.

No it's more like a bi-level house, that bottom floor is the basement, if you notice the sort of half-windows I guess you would call them.  It's 4 bedrooms 2 full baths! There is 3 bedrooms up and the master is down, I'm still iffy about having my bedroom downstairs away from Hanna, she may be camping out on the pull out couch in the family room for a while before I can get used to it, the bedrooms upstairs are way too small for a master bedroom, they are just kids rooms really. One will be our guest bedroom. I wish I could invite all of you over for a housewarming party once we're moved in  but we'll have to have a virtual one I guess.

Yes it has a fence all the way around the backyard, you just can't see it from that picture. we're going to put up a privacy fence soon anyways!

My2Beauties replied: Thanks everyone. There are a few things I wanna do, if you noticed the master bedroom has a smaller closet than the rest of the bedrooms (go figure) but what the seller did was pretty neat, there is a huge room off the master bedroom, it's actually the laundry room, but the washer and dryer goes in the very back of the room and then the rest of the room is pretty much free for closet space, so that is gonna be my walk-in closet. It's huge! Then the balcony off the back we want to extend it and make steps going down to the patio, also the patio will be decked in to match the balcony that will be leading down to it. Eventually the deck will lead to a pool!!!  I am also going to put a pantry on the one wall in the kitchen that is beside the window. I want a pantry so bad, so it's going there or going somewhere, I could possibly put an island there between the kitchen and dining room too and just use that cabinet space! Either way I want to add a bit more cabinet space to the kitchen. But thanks everyone, I am so excited and I will have plenty of pics once furniture and all that is delivered and most of the decorating is done.
