Help me decide on Brookyln's Nursery - I'm lost!

loveydad wrote: This includes how easy it would be to find accesories, what would grow with her, ect. I will post pictures of what I've found online.

loveydad replied: This is the Princess one. It's got a four piece set for 99.99 and a diaper stacker for 24.99. I'm sure I could easily accessories this room.

loveydad replied: Guess how much I love you . This stuff is so cute. It comes in blue pink or green, and I found a growth chart. If i were to chose this I could take pictures from the book and frame them. Comes in Nutbrown hair (First) and another im not sure what its called.

loveydad replied: The second set. This is a four piece for about $159 the picture is exactly the same, so i'll show you a dresser that could be for her nursery.

loveydad replied: Oh , the first set is flower patch or something and the entire set is 127.99 I think.
This is the flowers set.

loveydad replied: This is the baby pooh bear. We're not too keen on baby pooh or pooh bear, just cuase, maybe its too commerical.

MomToMany replied: thumb.gif I like the flower set.

cdefmomma replied: I lOVE the first one. I agree w/ you on the pooh it is too commercial. I had it w/ my 1st two boys and now I hate Pooh stuff.

momof2girls replied: I love them all but the flowers the most, sooo pretty!

boy you are such a good daddy!

loveydad replied:
Aww thanks. There's no higher compliment to me than that smile.gif

MomToJade&Jordan replied: The flower set is my fav. I think if I have to pic a runner-up it would be the This is How Much I Love You Set.

mommy2owen replied: the flower set has my vote!

gr33n3y3z replied: I like all of those but the pooh one

I like the second one best
its not too much but just enough

MomofJandB replied: I like the flower set. It is definitely a set she could grow into. I could see my 8 year old DD in a room decorated like that!! Plus, there seems to be alot of butterfly and flower accessories around now, so it would be easy to get stuff to go with it!

They are all cute...what a tough decision!

kimberley replied: definitely the flowers! thumb.gif

coasterqueen replied: Well it depends on how girly girly you want to go. I'm not a pink person so I'd pick the flowers set. Even though that's going too girly for me but I have issues with that. tongue.gif

Kaitlin'smom replied: I love the flowers....so much you can do with that

~Roo'sMama~ replied: The flowers have got my vote! thumb.gif I really like the Guess how much I love you one too. happy.gif

iluvmysweetiepies replied: I love the flower bedding. It would be really easy to find things to go with it, and as someone else said, it can grow with you child. Sofie would love that bedding!

Allyson&Patrick'sMom replied: I like the Guess How Much I love you and the Flowers...I couldn't decide so I voted twice... rolleyes.gif blush.gif ....Pooh Bear is just so....EVERYWHERE, it is not original anymore....

chloe&tysmommy replied: LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the flower set!!! Very beautiful... thumb.gif

moped replied: The flowers are my total favorite!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

JessC replied: I like the purple one

loveydad replied: You guys all agree with my wife, eh. LOL Well, I'll have to keep looking and see what I can do. I just don't...DO flowers you know? I can't paint or draw or anything flowers. I'd have to put up a cheesy border.

Cary Lynn replied: I really like the flower one best!

kimberley replied:
what about drawing the butterflies and ladybugs in the pattern of the "flowers" set? they are not flowers tongue.gif

loveydad replied:
aww but I DONT WANT TO!

I'm just kidding. I'm better at boys rooms. I'm suprised this hasn't come up before.

LMAO

Good idea butterflies and ladybugs I can defiantly do, but you know I think I'll just go with a border. I have no time to do a full nursery right now!

texasp3 replied: Ah, the flowers ARE pretty. BUT.. I LOVE the "Guess How Much I Love You" book!!!!! If I had known that set existed it would be in Gabriel's room!! That simply has to have my vote ... although I'm obviously vastly out numberd by flowers. laugh.gif

iluvmysweetiepies replied: Post pics when you finish!! I'm sure it'll be really cute!! tongue.gif

loveydad replied:
You and me are on the same page LOL.

I may end up HAVING to do the guess how much I love you stuff because it'll be easier to match. I'm having difficulty getting just the right stuff for that room - though I should probably go back to the place I got it from and look.

texasp3 replied:

When DH told me he wanted a baby (after 7 years of a clear understanding that he did not DO babies), I almost stopped breathing. I mean, there we were with a kid starting high school, two very high-paced jobs, and a life that basically did not have baby in it anywhere. We were actually on our way home from work - carpooling to save on the stupidly high gas prices. I always tell people it's a good thing HE was driving or we would have landed in a ditch!

AN.EE.WAY... obviously I had to think about it. I had always wanted more kids, and marrying DH was a huge decision for me because it meant giving up on that. But over the years, I had come to a point where I was happy to be as far along the parenting path as I was... so this was a HUGE adjustment. What? You want me to go back and start all over again???!!

A week later, I bought a copy of "Guess How Much I Love You" and gave it to DH as a way of saying "Yes!"

Two months later, I was pregnant with Gabriel. So you see... I really wish I had known about that nursery set... hmmm.. I'm sure it's not too late to get a few things - I think it will compliment his room.

loveydad replied: That's a sweet story. THat book is very dear to me too smile.gif
