kimberley replied: good luck at your appt. and i was told it is totally normal for baby not to get back to birth weight until 3wks old. you are doing just fine update when you can.

C&K*s Mommie replied: 2oz is good!! I do not remember exactly what our girls were, but I remember with Christian that I was shocked because I was not expecting her weight to be what it was at 2wks. I thought she would be gaining and not losing....little did I know!

holley79 replied: Ok my kid is a porker or something. She has gained 10 oz in a week? Is this really possible. The doctor said it was a great weight gain. Now I'm wondering if I'm over feeding her. Whatever. Nursing on demand. LOL.

We did have a fairly good day. I had to stick her paci in her mouth because she started fussing in the truck. Tonight for a little while she had it in her mouth. Right now she is on her boppy pillow and pulling my hair. She also is so inticed by the lights on the computer. Whatever makes the princess happy.

I hope everyone is having a wonderful night. We did have a beautiful day today. One of the mothers at the Dr office wanted to know where her hat was. I was like I didn't put on on her it was warm in the truck and warm in the buildings. This kid sweats under a hat.

Ok she just filled another diaper. Be back in a little bit. So much for all the diapers I got at the baby shower, she is goign through them like hot cakes.

we buy them in bulk at this age... there's 108 in a box.

The few left over if any before a size change, we keep for dolls. We have about 12 newborn size, and she's almost outgrown size 1 diapers, and we have about half the box left... so no doubt there will be more dipers for the dolls... Emilie will be thrilled...

Annika gagged on the newborn nuk also. I'll have to find the package to this one. It's an ortho I think. The nursery nurse I had gave me three of them. It's great making friends with the nurses. LOL. I think it's a Gerber ortho. I also have another that she uses that is an ortho and I'll get that name also. The pacis that are just rounded (?) if this even makes sense, seem to gag her. She likes the one that are shaped and small nippled.

I think they like to see how many diapers they can go through. It's nuts.

Ok for real going to bed while I can.
