I pay bills and have to feed her and I have to pay for her school stuff and everything and I'm glad to do it but it's HIS responiblity to help and he isn't cutting it! I still have to wait a month before court and until then i have to deal with his crud! i LOTHE him!

lisar replied: I am so sorry you are going thru this. I go to court on the 30th of this month to try and get some money. Ever since I hired a real lawyer he has been paying more than the court order to try and make himself look good. But the whole NO MONEY last year this aint gona cut it for him. I am hoping the judge rips him a new you know what.

My ex is $3400 behind and he's only not paid in 4 months...who knows when I'll get some $, supposedly he is working but we'll see.

Kaitlin'smom replied: just be glad your getting something, I have seen both my sisters struggle to get support, one has an ex in debt over 30k. and the other if there was no court order no way woudl he ever had paid.

ohh i am not lucky. Brad has only been paying child support for umm a year now? yes a year. out of her 7 year life. it'a also inconsistant and based on weather he "feels" like I deserve it. ( I DESERVE IT..what he lacks to understand is it IS NOT for ME!)

he owes in child support 5 years. ( i don't count the year we lived together).

he owes my family

$8,000 for mya's birth ( he didn't pay for a cent of the prossess, i payed for what i could being 17 but his family didn't offer to help at all)

he owes my dad $14,000 that was our wedding gift he spent on a motorcycle (my dad plans to get that back after the coustody stuff is over) The cycle he sold a week later after dropping it twice.

he owes me 1,500 for money i lent him for his car. I plan on getting that from him too.

he owes me over 2 grand in doctor bills and meds for mya and he conciders his insurance coverage as if HE payed .

so lucky i am not. but like i said before i have no issues paying for my child and accepting the responciblity of having her. I'd much rather he sighn her over and pay nothing and stop rubbing off his damaging behaviors and such, BUT i know that isn't best for mya so i have to deal with his dramatics.

and no. it's somthig we agreed on and he signed off on. the court child order will go in when i take him in for coustody. My Lawyer says i should leave the issue be until she can "nail" him.
