Having harder contractions........

And last night I started having light contractions.....
Well today we went to SAMS Club to get a few things, and I walked around.... I still wasn't having stronger ones yet, so when we got home I ate and took a nap..... well about 1/2 hour in to the nap, I started having harder contractions...... I have been having them for about 2 hours now, they are getting harder adn closer together....
But I'm gunna wait a bit longer, and go in....
I hope this is it.... I'm over due... and I want him to come out adn greet the world.....

My2Beauties replied: COme out baby Mason and ELV to you as well!!!  When they get to be about 5 minutes apart honey you better get a move on, because i went from 5 minutes apart to 3 minutes apart in a matter of 20 minutes!!!
akbutterfly83 replied: Well I was waitting for them to get a bit harder... they have been @ 5 min's since the 17th.... so that's not really a good time... LOL.... they are about 4 now I would say..... so in about 10-20 min's I'll go in... I just wanted to dpdate you all.... before I get ready to go.... and If I'm not back on tonight, that's where I'm @...... having the little tike...... I hope he comes tonight.......

akbutterfly83 replied: I called them, cause they want us to call incase they are full..... cause if they are full they refer us to another hospitel.... since I go on base....
Wel they told me to take 2 tylenal, and drink 3 glasses of water, adn laydown adn call in an hour...... So I did that......
Then when I called back, there had been no change..... I was still having the contractions...... so they had me come in.....
They then hooked me up th ethe moniter for a bit, then checked to see how far I was dialated....
The nurse said I was only 1 cm...... but I don't know how that could be.....
Cause yesterday when I went in the Nurse told me I was almost 3cm & more then 45% effaced... maybe even more then 40%..... and when she checked me yesterday it hurt... I could feel her touch my cervex, and strip my membrain.....
But when the nurse tonight checked me I didn't even feel her touch my cervex..... and I'm still having the contractions.......
So I don't think she touched my cervex.... or could reach it maybe.... cause I'm really far back.... they all have had a hard time reaching it... even Dr's and nurses with long fingers.... so I don't think she could tell @ all.... but she said I was only 1cm, and still hard.....
So they sent me home... and told me to take a tylenal 3 and an aderax.... but I'm not going to.... cause if I start having contractions harder, I wont feel them fully and know where I stand......
So I'm really not happy with this hospitel........ But I can't go anywhere else, cause I'm not in my home town... if I was back in Ak, I could go to the native hospitel..... but I'm not, so I have to go to the base one, cause we don't have any other insurence......
Well anyway... if my water brakes...... or when they are like 2-3 min's apart, then I'll go in... or if I start bleeding or can't walk..... or talk threw my contractions..... but other then that I'm not going in..... I just wish they wouldn't do this......
This is my first, and my family has a history of pregnancy problems...... Like most of my aunts have had to have c-s cause of too small of pelvic bones.... and alot of mocnium baby's too..... or way early.....
And I have been going to this hospitel since I was abotu 21wks... and you would think that me being a new patient to them, they would do an u/s... but they haven't... so they don't even know if anything is wrong.....
The last hospitel I was @ in Ak, they did like 3 of them, cause I was having problems....
And when I got here I was having Kidney problems, adn started having contractions @ 22wks.... and they still even then didn't do an u/s...... and I have been having contractions since mid Nov...... You would think they would do an u/s to make sure everything was ok... but nope.... nothing..... GRRRR I'm so mad......
Well anyway.... tell me what you all think.....
