Rick got a job today with General Electric in their IT department as a systems administrator. I'm beyond happy over this considering he's been doing piddly contract jobs since June when he lost his job. It's been rough b/c they've been so sporadic and most of them of them only paid between $20 and $30 an hour and some of them were an hour away. So anyways, he'll start in two weeks and it's for the same amount as his salary at his old job and he'll get quarterly bonuses and his cell paid for. Whew hew! I can shop again!!!!

And....it just hit me that my trip to Savannah GA is only 2 weeks away!!! I'm so excited!!! I went with my fiends back the end of April and we had such a good time and this time we're bringing our DH's and boyfriends with us..and there are so many things I can't wait to do there and show Rick! Plus one of his aunt's lives there so we will get to have brunch with her one day while we're there!
