Had my Ultrasound today!!! - and it's a......

She's measuring a couple days behind my due date - I think the tech said 18 weeks 5 days and I'm 19 weeks today, but she said that she's growing really well. She was moving all over the place during the u/s ~ and we saw her yawning.
I'll try to post some pics tomorrow morning - I'm at Jennifer's house right now. The tech gave us some printed pictures and a disk with some really short videos.

I'm so excited you guys... I've had a feeling since the very beginning that this baby was a girl and in the dreams I've had she's been a girl (all my dreams with Andrew he was a boy) and I've been seeing pink like crazy, but I've been trying not to get my hopes up. Not to say that I wouldn't love another baby boy - and I hope I do have more boys in the future - but I was hoping this one would be a girl.

My baby is measuring a few days behind my date too, Doc said its probabaly because I am only 5 feet tall and DH is only about 5'6"....genetics determines that she'll be pretty small

Where I live the technitians woun't tell you if it is a girl or a boy. I would have loved to know what my twins were when I was pregnant. But I kind of knew that I had one of each from their heart rates and I was right.

I think it will be Alli. I haven't really discussed the spelling of the name with Scott yet, but I like the way the name looks spelled out Allison than Alison - at least when it's typed. When you actually write it it looks fine with just one "l".

There really has been! I don't think I know of one single pg woman right now who is pregnant with a boy. I have a feeling my sister who's due in december is having a girl too, but she didn't find out the sex so we have to wait and see.
