Well, we won't be doing much since it's the middle of the week and my 13 yo has a Science Expo (mandatory attendance for her and extra credit for her if we show up) tonight at school. And believe me, in this subject, she could use the extra credit . And the two older ones are working full time jobs, so they won't be home to close to midnight.

So, we will celebrate this weekend with the whole family, cake, ice cream and presents.....with a small present and card today.

Well, we just had a little small gathering - heck, all by ourselves, we are six, so that's plenty of people to sing and all of that good stuff. - hehehehe - And my sister had stopped by the Science Fair on his BD, so she gave him his present there.....

For his cake, we had a large sugar cookie iced in "Spiderman" - his two favorite themes are Spiderman and Scooby Doo!

For his presents, he got:
Sponge Bob swim trunks (which, it was warm enough to try out today, too!)
A Scooby Doo fishing pole
Doctor Kit
Mr. Potato Head
Money (from Gma and Gpa in Las Vegas!) but we are going to take him shopping for some presents and new clothes

All in all, he didn't do too bad!!

And it was WONDERFUL weather today - 80's and nice and warm, so he got to play outside almost all day - I think that was the best!

supermom replied: Here's a picture of the BD Boy and his brother and sisters - the one to Anders right is PJ (18 yo) the one to Anders left is Leah, and Sara is behind Anders....she was a party pooper and wouldn't wear a hat!

Nothing like celebrating your birthday all week long, huh? Well, it's been we've been doing his since Tuesday (his REAL birthday) -giggle-

It's starting to get warm here in Alberta, but not that warm. (You guessed it, I can't wait either). Plus warmer weather means it's less time to see this new bundle of joy.
