My GS's mom's friend is about to adopt from Russia, I'm thinking international adoption is becoming more and more popular, especially after those cases where biological parents came back to reclaim kids here in domestic adoptions.

I was annoyed at my brother and he was taking random photos of everyone and I was just standing outside my room waiting for a friend to pick me up to go out.
