That is the BEST feeling!! We bought our first house just a little over a year ago and I thought I would THROW UP waiting to be approved on the loan! When it came through, I nearly cried I was soooo happy!
Congratulations!!! Getting a tax return when you expected to pay isn't too shabby either.
