Good attempt by DH

Kaitlin'smom wrote: Okay so I had the bridal shower today I put Kaitlin down for her morning nap before I left still in her PJs (I do this on the weekend) Well I got home and he did get her dressed but ummm I guess he needs some fasion advice rolling_smile.gif He put her in a purple onsie, green pants and white socks! ohmy.gif I said um honey that does not match, he said he was looking for pants but could not find any but theses, i told him all her outfits are in her closet, well he said I did not look there, he thougth only her dresses were in there. SO funny! Course before we went out I had to change her I could just not take her out dressed like that, had she been older then maybe, cause then I could get away with telling people she dressed herself.

LOL! I can see Dave doing that. rolling_smile.gif rolling_smile.gif

Ashley picks out her own clothes sometimes. She actually doesn't do too bad except she usually chooses a silly hat to go along with it.

MilMunchMOM replied: rolleyes.gif OMG!!! I thought it was just my DH. Sometimes I wonder if he lives in the same house????? rolleyes.gif We have lived here for almost 2 yrs now and he will still search every kitchen cabinet looking for a bowl?!?! uuuugh banghead.gif

MilMunchMOM replied: oh yea!! how did the shower go?

kimberley replied: LOL some men are so fashion clueless! poor Kaitlin! rolling_smile.gif emlaugh.gif

A&A'smommy replied: LOL so funny!!! I bet that was cute though!!! rolling_smile.gif

~CrazieMama~ replied: lol, how funny rolling_smile.gif rolling_smile.gif rolling_smile.gif

kit_kats_mom replied: I've resorted to hanging full outfits up in her closet. There are always at least 3 outfits for cool weather and 3 for warm weather. They were pointed out to him months ago. I have the full ensemble hanging up closest to the changing table so he has no excuses. He has yet to get her hair in pig tails but what ever.... wink.gif

paradisemommy replied: lol..yep, i can relate i've come home to some pretty interesting clothes..but i guess it runs in dh's side of the family because i've come home to see taven in his pj's (but different ones than he was wearing when he left)..my mil told me she had no idea they were pjs....all in the family...lol emlaugh.gif

aspenblue1 replied: LOL that is funny!

coasterqueen replied: LOL. That's funny!

I keep full outfits in Kylie's closet too so Dh won't have a hard time figuring out what to put her in. The only thing he has to worry about is what color socks and shoes. He usually doesn't do too bad of a job blush.gif

Mostly when I ask him to dress Kylie he will say, "go pick me out an outfit and I will". rolleyes.gif Like it's that hard to do!? LOL.

maliksmommy replied: I have to admit I am very lucky, DH always dresses Malik good. He has a very keen sense for fashion. He always dresses him so nice and good.

Melissa replied: rolling_smile.gif I love when men try to dress there kids.

amynicole21 replied: Hee hee! DH is the same way with Sophia. I cringe to think what she wore when I was out of town a few weeks ago rolleyes.gif

MomToMany replied: rolling_smile.gif My DH just did this yesterday! I didn't want to say anything, because he hardly does it in the first place! I saw Hannah dressed in a PJ top with penguins on it (somehow it got in her shirt drawer rolleyes.gif ) with yellow pants and purple socks! I was trying so hard not to laugh, and I never changed her; luckily we never went anywhere rolling_smile.gif !
