Good News x3 - PG good news listed as well
My2Beauties wrote: ok #1 - We got our house on Friday.  I am officially a homeowner now! We already have posession as of today and we should be moved in by this weekend. Everything went very smooth!
#2 - Ford is not laying off in Louisville, so that stops the lay-off scare at the railroad! Thanks for the P&PT's guys 
and #3 - OK are you ready for this.......I get a call from my doctor on Friday afternoon right before our closing stating she has my blood levels back. OK so 2 weeks ago Thursday (the first blood test) my levels were supposedly at only 18, fast forward exactly 2 weeks to my appt this past Thursday - my level was at 15,000   So......either one of two things, my levels were wrong with the first test and possibly suppressed due to the BC pills and I'm way further along than they thought! Like 8-9-10 weeks or so, because at 3-4 weeks my levels should only be in the high hundreds she said OR....get this....I could possibly be having twins  !!! Not that I wouldn't be excited but LeaAnn needs to remain sane, LeaAnn needs some sort of sleep, LeaAnn likes her hair and doesn't want to pull it all out.....so for the sake of LeaAnn can we just hope and pray that it's one little precious bundle of joy in there and I'm further along  J/K I'd deal with it, but boy I'd be one tired mama!  So she moved my u/s up to this Wednesday! YIPPEE!!!!

I will go in there this week and start to take pics of before and after shots. We are painting every room and cleaning carpets etc...everything should be done by this weekend. So I'm going to take pics today or tomorrow of before and then hopefully next Monday or so I'll post all pics of before and after!

Yeah I'm really very shocked, 18 to 15000 is very weird - I mean she said it's almost unlikely even with multiples if that was the first #, so she's thinking the BC pills either supressed the # or they did my blood work completely wrong or read the wrong line or just something funky! I'll know more Wednesday and I'll have pics of the little "guy!"

Here's hoping that you only have one little peanut in there..but you have to admit little identical twins would be an AWFUL LOT OF FUN!!!

Oh and no twins do not run in my family on my mom's side at all. There is one set on my dad's side, his great uncle had twin girls. I don't think the father determines multiples but they don't really run on Brian's side neither, there is 1 set, his cousin's wife had twin boys. Does anyone know if it's just the mother's maternal side or the mother's maternal and paternal side? I'm almost positive the father's side doesn't matter when it comes to multiples.

I'm not positive but I think the mothers side determines twins, although it's only identicals that are genetically passed on. Fraternal twins have nothing to do with genetics only the coincidence of more than one egg being fertilized.
Congrats on all the good news, I'm going to join Mel and hope for twins just because they are so much FUN!
