Getting pictures done FINALLY - I have a question

I feel really horrible about that but there wasn't anything I could really do about it. Anyway I don't know what I want to do, I don't know what I want her to wear. I didn't buy her a christmas dress... so should I just do something like a winter theme and let her where a cute little dress or outfit... UGH what would you do?

MomToMany replied: I would just use a winter-y dress/outfit. Christmas is over, but winter is here (well, for us anyway). Anything cute will work. I haven't gotten Kayla's done for 6 months now! Hopefully soon!

Maddie&EthansMom replied: I think a pretty little dress would be cute. Maybe something pastel with a light background to bring out her pretty eyes. I like plain backgrounds. Black is beautiful with anything. It makes everything stand out so much more. Try a lot of different things. I would go to JcPenneys they are the cheapest (IMO) I tried Wal Mart once and ended up spending a fortune.

mckayleesmom replied: Well personally I don't like seasonal professional pics...usually I just take her to get her pic done with Santa...Easter Bunny ...etc...But I would just put her in a cute little jogging suit or sweater set and take her.

5littleladies replied: I would just dress her in something cute. I personally prefer more casual clothes for pictures, but I'm sure Alyssa would look cute in anything!

A&A'smommy replied: Thanks everyone I feel a lot better about not doing "christmas" pictures... I'm just going to put her in a little jumper dress that I love with her tights and tennis shoes and just a plain background... although we might to props too

MichaelsMommy replied: I have to say I love the nudie pics when they are infants, laying
on their stomach - white background works well for it. If they
give you the option of mulitple poses, might be a good one to try.

That sounds great! I am taking Blakely to get her pic's done at Sears today and I am just putting her in a little pink and white casual dress with tights underneath. I really do prefer the casual pics. It's already hard enough to get them to comply at this age as far as pictures go, so at least let them be comfortable. (Just my opinion)

A&A'smommy replied: I have to agree she is a little old for that but I am going to get one picture of her in a washtub, mostly because there is one of me at her age in a washtub

loveydad replied: I would put her in your favorite outfit that she fits into right now, that's wintery or dressy. And bring an extra. Then at least you can look back at the pictures and remember the time when she was little enough to fit into that cute outfit.
