TANNER'S MOM wrote: I paid 2.05 this morning... What is it for you??
boocoomomma replied: Average 'round these parts is 1.90 for gas and about 2.00 for diesel.
ammommy replied: This just makes me mad...at 9:30 this morning gas was around $1.85 at one station that's always cheaper then everywhere else around. By 11:30, it was up to 2.09!!!! What's up with that
Has anyone else ever noticed that the cheapest gas is in the ritziest area of town and the expensive prices are in the poorer parts of the city? Backasswards, it seems.
redchief replied: $1.90 in Southern NJ
mammag replied: I paid 2.09 the other day when I got it. It's so depressing because there's not a darn thing you can do about it......you have to have gas.
DVFlyer replied: Please tell me you're all joking. $2.09 for gas? Try $2.50 here in So Cal... but, oh yea, we have the sun.....

kimberley replied: it is astronomical in Toronto, Canada too... 87.5c/L
kit_kats_mom replied: I'm in FL & regular is $2.15 at the place down the street. bummer is that I live right off of a major interstate so they ROB us. Drive into town a bit and it's less.
I don't love that gas is so expensive but I do feel that we, as a country, use our cars with little regard to how much fuel we are consuming, until the prices shoot up and it really effects our pocketbooks. Just a look at all of the giant SUV's crusing down the road will prove my point.
I looked for a very fuel efficient car and I try to run all of my errands near our home and all at once to cut down on my drive time.
Even though I drive 40 miles a day to take my DD to daycare, I still manage to get by with only filling my tank every 8-10 days as long as we don't go on any long weekend excursions.
chloe&tysmommy replied: Last I seen here (Alberta, Canada) it was 79.9c/L....I think it may have gone up again though The price of fuel is crazy!!!
