Well, my grandma comes to watch the kids and I head down the drive way. I noticed the brakes were acting weird. I tried to stop the truck but well the brakes did not work.
I ended up crashing into a bank that was on the other side of our driveway. I'm really lucky I didn't start going down the main road, because I would have crashed some where else.
Come to find out the one of the break lines broke. My grandpa looked at the truck. Because at first we thought it was just out of brake fluid. The truck is still at the end of our driveway. I luckly got it to back up and got it back in the driveway.
Rob still don't know yet. I have no idea what he will say.
kayla's mama replied: Oh no!!! I'm glad that you didn't get hurt!!!! Hope he's not too mad.
AlexsPajamaMama replied: Ooh I'm soo glad you didn't get into a bigger crash and that you are alright!! I hope your DH thinks of it that way too and doesn't get too mad about his truck!
3xsthefun replied: I hope so too.
Well, he knows how that truck was. It is not the safest thing in the world to drive anyways. It is like a old beater truck. It don't look like I done to much damage to it. Just ran into a big rock. But still bad enough. I bent the front bumper and brush guard, and it bent the drivers door a little.
luvbug00 replied: I'm sure he'll be glad that you didn't get hurt. he'll be fusterated with the car I'm sure, but with you there is no reason to be mad.
gr33n3y3z replied: I'm glad no one was hurt your lucky thats as far as you had gotten.
TheOaf66 replied: well he should be glad you're ok and it wasn't worse, you cannot do anything about a broken brake line, I think he should not be mad at you for it
J-rod replied: vehicles are mass of metal and other materials. replaceable
your not!!!
im sure Rob will be glad your ok. cause he can fix the truck.
CantWait replied: I'm glad you're alright. Who cares what he says, it wasn't your fault, and luckily like you said you weren't no more then out of your driveway.
C&K*s Mommie replied: to the others. At least you were not injured, or the girls if they had been in there otherwise. He was not mad about the tv, right? So he likely will not be mad about this.....right?
luvmykids replied: Same here!
coasterqueen replied: Thank goodness you were alright and that the girls weren't in the car! I wouldn't care what he would say either. He should be maintaining the truck so things like that don't happen and be happy that no one was hurt.
1lilpeanut2love replied: Glad know one was hurt. Hope your hubby isn't too mad. Good luck getting it fixed.
3xsthefun replied: I talked to him. And he was glad I am ok.
But...
He was a little mad. Oh, well I figured he would be. He was trying to blame my brother for it.
Oh, well lesson learned, never drive the "bouncy truck" anymore as Maegan calls it.
redchief replied: Hopefully he'll say, "Darn, I should have checked those brake lines!"
Glad no one got hurt.
