Fur Real animals

mckayleesmom wrote: What are they? I keep seeing people mention them and Im clueless.........If they poop or something...then I will pass on it....But Im curious.

mom2my2cuties replied: I am not sure what Fur Real animals are.

I got Andrea something yesterday that purrs and breathes and looks like a real cat.

luvmykids replied:
I think they're that type of thing....someone gave Kylie a cat like that and I think it was called a Fur Real. She wasn't that into it.

mom2my2cuties replied: Yeah andrea couldn't care less - since it just sits right there.

Jamison'smama replied: Jamison had to have the monkey this Christmas so she'll get it. He hugs, claps his hands, makes baby monkey noises, drinks from a bottle and has an adoption certificate.

redplaydoh replied: Lucas has a Fur Real kitten that purrs, opens its eyes and moves its head. Once the child stops playing with it, it closes its eyes and purrs itself to sleep. It's soft and looks more like a real kitten than many regular stuffed animals.

This year I've seen a pony that's about 4 feet tall that you can brush the mane and feed it carrots. I don't want to know the price of that thing.

Jamison'smama replied:
299.99 YIKES! Whoops, you said you didn't want to know wink.gif

Calimama replied: The monkey one looks so cute... not cute enough for me to buy it.. but cute nonetheless. happy.gif

My kids love these things. I got Raygen the monkey for christmas.

3xsthefun replied: I think Kaitlynn got one for Christmas last year or year before, it is a dog. But the batteries are gone out of it now.

I might get Maegan one for Christmas, not sure which one she would like though.

sparkys2boys replied:
Yup, Cameron has to HAVE the white cat. So of course he got it.. it moves. meows, blinks it's eyes, sit and lays downs

Brias3 replied:
Yep, I saw it going for $349.99 at our Target. Aliyah loves it rolleyes.gif We'll add that to the list of things we may NOT ask Santa for laugh.gif

holley79 replied: Annika squeals each time she sees the monkey one in Target. I think I'm going to have to get it for her. rolleyes.gif

PrairieMom replied:
$250. at Target. dry.gif It freaks Ben out. laugh.gif

flirtycuddle replied: I just had a question about these. My dd will be 2 9 days after Christmas and I am so stumped what to get her for her bday since she is getting EVERYTHING I have mentioned wanting to get her already. Do u think this is something a 2yr old would like?

Jamison'smama replied: No idea yet about a 2 year old---I will know at Christmas how much my 2 year old likes it since his 4 year old sister is getting it. It may be cute--I think the age range is older but I never pay a lot of attention to those.

My3LilMonkeys replied: My 1 and 3 year olds are both getting them...they've seen them at the stores and both love them! We are getting Brooke a monkey and Madison a dog.

AlexsPajamaMama replied:
My son Alex is 2.5 and he has a Fur Real puppy and he loves it. He pets it and the puppy moves his head and opens its eyes. Alex also really likes the monkey one when we see it in the store. I think it's age appropriate for a 2 year old

paradisemommy replied: taven got the dog last year for christmas and i think it's totally lame..we were screaming all the commands to him that he is supposed to do (speak, sit, lay down, plus tons more) and half the time he would do them and half the time he wouldn't...i'm glad we got it for a present cause i wouldn't have paid for whatever they are going for.
