Friday Weigh-In - everyone welcome to join in

booey2 replied: Good morning everyone. I have my official WI at my Wednesday night meeting so I'll post what happens there. This week I am down another 2.4 pounds for a grand total of 15.4. I am working toward at least 30 pounds gone for Christmas, would like to WOW all the family when they see me at the big family gathering this year. They don't get to all see me throughout the year so this is there chance.

Okay where are all the other losers this week? smile.gif

MomToJade&Jordan replied: Well I just re-joined WW this week now that we are settled. I was ready and really determined to stick to it this time. My meetings are on Thursday so I like this Friday weigh-in. My starting weight is 232.8. Hopefully I will have a loss to share with you guys next week. Good job to all of the losers this week. thumb.gif

Kaitlin'smom replied: I started when I got back from vacation on the 10th and I have lost 4.5lbs over all however sunday is my actaul weigh in day so I hope to drop that other .5lb and make it an even 5lb. thumb.gif

Kaitlin'smom replied: Karen the most important thing is you have to believe you CAN do it. Take a deep breath in......ready okay take it in and on the exhale let ALL the negativity about not getting there out and blow it away.

Stay positive everyone, we can do this.

TANNER'S MOM replied: Well I am back on the weightloss band wagon.. I have gained an awful amount of weight over the summer.. I don't even wanna say how much I weigh.. just that I am miserable and feel like a failure.

I am back to my journey.. I guess it's a battle I will always fight..

But I went to the dr on Tues.. I am not going to can't the scales right now.. even though they are in my favor for 2lbs.. Next week I will join you in the weigh in and I better see some results..

I am looking for a pic of me at my smallest.. thats what I wanna be again.. 130 something..
I can do this.. we all can!

booey2 replied: Thank you all, congrats to all the other losers and to the future losers to. Nice to see so many commiting again. We can be a great support group for each other.

coasterqueen replied: hug.gif Mel. Weightloss for most of us is a lifelong journey, a way of life...unfortunately but true. I know earlier this year, I fear to even look up the date I said goodbye to the 140's and swore I'd never get back there. Well I gained a lovely 8 pounds since that day and it stinks. It stinks even more that I struggle with weight loss as it is and I worked so hard saying goodbye to that 8 pounds and now I have to do it again. rolleyes.gif I feel your pain.

We can all do this. I think we need to set a goal that we will give it all we got til the end of the year before giving in at all. thumb.gif

I'm weighing in each day on my new fancy schmancy scale. It even measures body fat % and water %. I don't really feel like sharing those figures. tongue.gif It reccomends weighing each day and picking one day to average your weight since it does fluctuate pretty regularly. So, Friday will be my average day. We just started WW around here again too so my week's average weight is 202.3. I just started some new meds and hopefully those won't mess with my weight loss too much. We shall see.

I'm glad you posted this, Karen. I'm headed to the gym today and I'm going to start eating better. I haven't been to the gym in for-e-ver. blush.gif

I've not gained much weight, tbh. It's just that none of my clothes fit so I know all my muscle tone is turning to fat again. bawling.gif

I'm very depressed...I just have to pick myself up and keep going. sleep.gif

booey2 replied: I totally agree with Karen, it is a life-long, life style change that some of us will never be done with. I know that for me, I will be a Weight Watcher member forever because I need it. We can do it. cheerleader.gif

TANNER'S MOM replied: Well for me.. I ate.. I know what I did. I camped with the kids, I went on vacation and had 3 southern buffets a day.. I enjoyed every minute of it.. now it's time to get back to the real me..

Here is where I want to be again.. If I can see it..then I can achieve it easier.

Excuse the no make up and all.. I do have a flower in my hair my son picked me..

Yeah, I know what I did to gain my weight too.....stopped working out and ate, but not as badly as I could have. rolleyes.gif

seriously....I haven't found which box its in since we moved here....and frankly..Im afraid to find it laugh.gif

My3LilMonkeys replied: Well I'm going to try again....I'm at 169 for a start.

My goal is to be 160 by Nov. 1 - 9 lb. in 6 weeks. If I can manage that I want to lose 10 lbs. every 2 months until I am comfortable with my size.

I ate really badly today, so I guess I'll start frest tomorrow! thumb.gif

boyohboyohboy replied: I am interested in joing this weigh in also. I started out at 243.6 and lost 45lbs in the last 1o months. I totally atribute it to bfing, and not having the time to eat right. So I just snacked on and off all day.
well, now that we are weening, and I notice I seem to have platued, I dont want to start gaining.
And with the holidays coming, I really dont want to gain.
my goal is 150.

CantWait replied: Ok well I had a rough week, been busy and lazy, and the weather getting cold. I did go for a walk finally yesterday, that was the only day I did anything. I haven't felt hungery lately which is odd, therefore I've eating breakfast / lunch around 2 in the afternoon, haven't had a lot to drink throughout the day, and have a regular to smaller dinner then usual.

I managed to lose 1 lb this week though. I'm striving to make next week better.
I'm afraid if I get this job, that I'll be stumped as I will be working all nights full time. I guess we'll just have to see.

youngmomofone replied: at the doctor's yesterday I weighed in at 243. Which is down 4 pounds from the last time I went but that was weeks ago so it should have been more. My goal right now is to get under 200 pounds.
