Found out what my raise was yesterday - Promotion mentioned

My2Beauties wrote: I had to toot my own horn on this one - I talked with my boss a couple of days ago about my annual performance. She told me that she was very very impressed with me and that I have taken a leadership role within my team and I am a wonderful go-to person and that she trusts me to take something on and get it done on time and with no errors, she said I just "impress the heck outta her" her exact words. Yesterday they finalized my raise and she told me what it was. She also told me that once my annual raise goes into affect on my next paycheck that she has it in the works for me to receive a promotion from HR Specialist to HR Analyst, that will include another raise. All together with my annual raise and the promotion that is about an 11-15% raise, depending on what I get for the promotion (i'm going by what I know others have gotten who have become analysts) so that is nearly a $5000 increase for the year for me. I'm gleaming today!
