Finally have a closing date!

Once the contract was signed nothing else should be added unless there's a signed adendum from both parties--just speaking from a real estate agent perspective hope things go as planned from here one out!

TeagansMom609 replied: Im a real estate secretary for a law firm and its seems so rare that we get a Contract in that stays the same once the attorneys look it over. Once the Contract gets in the hands of the attorneys for the review period, they start sending review letters and Riders to the Contract asking and demanding things that were never in the original Contract. Its amazing how much the Contract changes sometimes once attorney review is concluded. But hey atleast you got a closing date! Hopefully its a firm one. You never know when you have fussy Buyers.
