Fetish?

I have a shoe fetish! My husband has enacted a new rule, for every pair I bring home new, I have to throw away one old pair! When we moved about 4 yrs ago, I had 120 pair of shoes and I know I've probably bought 30 or 40 pair since then!
Funny thing is..I only have 2 or 3 that I wear routinely!

Maddy already have 20 pairs of shoes at least! I buy them all the time for her and she isn't even here yet! she has so many pairs of shoes for when she gets older! I also can't stop buying CANDLES!

I will be the exact same way..everytime I go into baby gap to buy something for B, I find myself strolling through the girl section..wishing I had a girl to buy for!
Boy clothes are so limited..ya know!

kit_kats_mom replied: clothes and toyes for Katherine...Smelly stuff for me. I must be a really olfactory person because I think nothing of blowing 80 bucks on a perfume and I am forever coming home with shower gel/lotions etc. I have no control

MomToJade&Jordan replied: I am always buying clothes for Jade. I can't help it. If I see an outfit and I think it's cute I buy it. She has gotten to the point where we are in the clothes section and she is just pointing at stuff. I hand her the outfit I am buying and say okay Jade I am not buying you anymore clothes. That hasn't worked yet. I am buying her practical clothes though. It's usually stuff that she can wear outside or play in. I find myself buying more things for her then I am for me.

I also LOVE to buy cleaning products. I'm a weirdo like that I guess. I get all giddy and happy when I have new cleaning things. I think I have OCD hard core. It's good to have a nice clean house though.

Kirstenmumof3 replied: I used to buy clothes for my DD when she was a baby. Everytime I went out I would buy her something new. Well she ended up with way to many clothes. Then I used to have this fetish about buying Tea Pots (I collect Tea Pots) and I would buy them at yard sales and the Salvation Army. I had to stop though, I have WAY too many and DH keeps threatening to break them if I buy more!

I don't ALWAYS buy all those things, but I feel an uncontrolable desire to buy every time I come across some of those items...
