Feet? - What helps the cracks

TANNER'S MOM wrote: I want a pedicure by I am afraid for the poor woman who would have to do it..

gr33n3y3z replied: I have this good foot cream that I got from Mary Kay
it works very well

JAYMESMOM replied: There is a product called Kerasal. It works awesome.

PascosGirl replied: I use this stuff from AVON. I can't remember the name but it is the only cracked feet lotion they carry. Less than $7 and works like a charm!

coasterqueen replied:
Same here and i wear sandals and am embarrassed the whole time wondering if people are looking at my heels. blush.gif I hate my DH who has baby soft heels. dry.gif

PascosGirl replied:
Awwwwwwwww your baby is soooo cute. I want a little one again! lol (Mine is only 7 months, but you know - where they don't squirm). Sorry, let me get back to feet.

Go to a nail place in the mall. They do so many feet per day, they won't even notice if yours is bad. lol

kit_kats_mom replied: I use the hemp lotion from Bath and body works. In a pinch I'll just slather them with vaseline and wear socks all day or night.

jdkjd replied: I try to tell everyone...AQUAPHOR!

If you use it at night and scrub your feet each day in the shower (epsom salt mixed with baby oil works great) they will be like new in days.

mammag replied: I've always felt the same way.....if you do it I'll do it. wink.gif

ammommy replied: A&D ointment! It works great on feet and elbows and is cheap.

Boys r us replied: Just go get a pedicure!!!!!
They don't care...the more they scrape the bigger their tip..lol KWIM!!

I am famous for walking around outside with no shoes on and feet get BAD..so I just get a pedicure like once a week to keep them from getting TOO cracked and gross!

moped replied: Healthy Hoof works great - its for horses hoofs!!!!!

mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied: There's this lotion called No Crack (I think) that you can buy at Restoration Hardware. I know...who would have thought a store like that would carry hand/foot lotion, but it's really great. My husband has trouble with his feet and he uses tea tree oil (which you can buy at any health food store) on them. It doesn't take away the rough spots, but it clears up the discoloration around his toes and just makes them look all around better.

Oh yeah, I forgot that I sometimes use a home remedy of just white sugar and olive oil. Mix it together like a paste and rub in on your feet. Get your feet a little warm first with water, soak them, and then scrub. It makes them softer.

I have ugly bunions on my feet and I am always a little embarassed to get a pedicure. I realize they look at feet all day and they must see far worse than mine. It's time to enjoy and just forget about it. Pedicures are made for removing ugly calluses.
