Feed back... - Easter card exchange

mummy2girls wrote: Just wondering how you all like the card exchange? I have noticed that some havent gotten thier cards yet but i think this week everyone will receive theirs. (crossing fingers).

A&A'smommy replied: The person I sent the card to should have gotten theirs already BUT they havent been online in a while..I'm kinda worried! sad.gif

CantWait replied: I sent mine out the day I got the info. They still haven't received it. Next time we should probably do it a bit sooner. It takes a bit longer to get from U.S. to Canada and vice versa. It was a great idea though. Great work JennasMommy

booey2 replied: Hi, thank you for organizing this it is a great idea, maybe next time we can make the cut off time to get you info in earlier so that the cards get sent out earlier. I too sent mine to the US and only one got theirs as of today and neither of my boys have received anything. We didn't have mail delivery last Friday on Good Friday or yesterday, Easter Monday so hopefully they show up today. Thanks again, great job. thumb.gif

Boys r us replied: I know, I sent mine to Canada and I mailed it Global Priority..but I still don't think they got it..although Terri may have answered my concerns as to why, if you chicks in Canada didn't get mail friday or monday!

Hillbilly Housewife replied: Did you send the names through email? I didn't get them through a private message... sorry i'm behind on this, my conputer hasn't been working for about 2 weeks (viruses) and I lost mostly everything.....

So to whomever I was supposed to send cards to, i haven't sent them yet, and so there will be a special little package...

Maddie&EthansMom replied: I think it was a great idea, but agree about the cut off times. I don't think my people have gotten theirs either. wink.gif

mummy2girls replied: Im sorry guys... for the x-mas one i did give evryone 2 months to send in thier info and a month to send out the cards... sad.gif

If i think of anything like this to do i will give everyone a bigger time limit...

I hope you all enjoyed it though sad.gif

mummy2girls replied:
k i sent you the info through email.. again im sorry hun it didnt get to you sad.gif

booey2 replied:
It was great, don't worry we had fun here, the boys love to get mail especially from across Canada or the United States it makes it all the much more special. Thank you again and great job.

mummy2girls replied: Your welcome... It was fun organizing this!

coasterqueen replied: I agree a little bit more time would have helped, but I think it went well anyways wink.gif Thanks!!!

megsmommie replied: I enjoyed it, and wasn't upset at all that the cards came late. And I know that mine went out late as well- I didn't know that when sending mail to Canada you couldn't just use a 37 cent stamp. My bad- neevr sent mail out of the U.S before. Anyhow, I loved the exchange and would definatley do it again. Oh and I want to add the kids loved their cards as well. They were so excited to get something for them in the mail. thumb.gif

paradisemommy replied: i just have a suggestion..maybe for christmas this year..instead of just sending a card..we can do like a secret santa type thing and actually buy gifts but put a limit on it like $5 max...i know for my ds..the card doesn't really do much for him but he LOVES boxes or large envelopes.. biggrin.gif
